here I am again, again
I'm back at the beginning of a semester, Spring 2021, and teaching Digital Humanities again. This time, my research seems to show fewer blogs, or blogs that are currently on hold.
So I thought to look back at (some of?) the blogs I've started and let fall into disuse and disrepair. There's my Tumblr, rerepeat which is almost entirely posts of images, videos and ideas I've been interested in. I'm still interested. There are so many deadens links. Dark stars. Doldrums. I still love, for example, this:
and I found a video by Waldorf teacher Renata Hiller, on handcraft:
So this is a decent burned out satellite of a blog.
Then there's seeandhere, which is a blog I wrote near the beginning of my time teaching in Queretaro, Mx. This is primarily my own writing and photography.
One more: nownotnow. This was a very short lived blog from my experiments while at CalArts, in time just before Mexico. The first tumbler was rerepeat, from 2012.
This is only Tumblr. I also have dead stars in Wordpress. Wait, just one. It's actionverb, and I only posted twice.
Now this blog is a storage space. I have no trouble posting on Instagram though.
